October 30, 2013 – Third-party logistics provider Kane Is Able, Inc. (KANE - www.kaneisable.com) has named Richard Pisasik as Director of Staffing and Organizational Development. Pisasik directs workforce solutions and staffing at KANE's eighteen facilities across the United States to offer optimum logistics solutions to the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. He reports to KANE's Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Joe Turturica.
Pisasik joins KANE from Benco Dental Supply Company in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, where he served as Talent Manager. Prior to that, he was the Manager of Recruitment and Development at Guard Insurance Group. Pisasik's human resource experience spans associate relations, benefits and compensation, and policies development, with a focus on associate recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
Pisasik received his Masters of Science in Human Resource Administration from the University of Scranton, and his Bachelor of Science from Keystone College in LaPlume, Pennsylvania. Pisasik is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and he is a member of the board of directors of the Northeast Pennsylvania Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
